MIN vs PHI Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Philadelphia 76ers will be looking for their 8th win in the last 10 matches as they take on Minnesota Timberwolves in an NBA match at Target Center, in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Sunday morning (IST).

Minnesota Timberwolves won’t be making the playoffs. It’s as true as the rising sun. But still, the Target Center is expected to be high on energy for this particular game as Jimmy Butler returns to the Target Center.

The 29-year-old forward spent one season in Minneapolis and was undoubtedly their biggest star. The fans loved him, and the owners were ready to build the team around him. But he didn’t see his future in the city and left Minnesota under acrimonious circumstances.

Though Karl-Anthony Towns has emerged as a genuine superstar, Minnesota suffered in his absence nonetheless and were long out of the playoff contention.

One thing for sure that Butler will be getting the boos, a lot of boos actually. He himself admitted that he expects the same and is ready to be booed.

As for the form, Timberwolves are 3-7 in the last 10 games. With a negative record of 33-41 in the regular season, they are out of the playoff contention.

While Joel Embiid was at his brutal best in the last match, dropping a double-double and helped his team to a 123-110 win over Brooklyn Nets.

Regular Season Record-
Minnesota Timberwolves:
W-33, L-41
Philadelphia 76ers:
W-48, L-27

Players to watch out for:

Minnesota Timberwolves:
Karl-Anthony Towns – In a season of under-par performances where the team had to endure the loss of Jimmy Butler, Karl-Anthony Towns has managed to stand out. The 23-year-old Center is racking up a team-high 24.7 points per game and at 28 points per game in the last 9 matches. He certainly deserves to win more games and a post-season appearance.

Andrew Wiggins – With an average of 20.7 points per game against Golden State Warriors, you can expect him to come big against the Dubs in this match. However, the 24-year-old small-forward has had an inconsistent season, averaging 17.7 points per game, which is lower than his career average of 19.4 points per game.

Philadelphia 76ers:
Joel Embiid – He literally flexed his muscles in the last match. But that doesn’t mean that it’s his perch, for he can fly as high as he wants. He had a double-double in the last match, scoring 39 points and 13 rebounds. He has been Sixers’ best player this season. The 25-year-old Center is stacking up 27.3 points per game and 13.7 rebounds per game this season.

Jimmy Butler – This is his game. He is set to hog the limelight for this is the first time he returns to the Target Canter after forcing a move away from the team. With Sixers, he is having a pretty solid season so far, averaging 18.7 points per game.

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:

Despite Minnesota Timberwolves’ sorry looking position in the Western Conference, they have a decent home record with a 23-12 record. The main problem has been the away form for them, while Philadelphia are splitting their away from at 18-18.

But Wolves are shorthanded to some degrees, considering all of their problems in the injury department.

A win for the Sixers is our call.
