As things stand, the Los Verdiblancos are 8th in the La Liga table having recorded 11 wins, and 6 draws. They are very much in contention to finish in the top-six for the 2nd season in a row. This should be the realistic target for Quique Setién and his en as 6th places Sevilla are just 1 point above them in the table.

Barcelona meanwhile are alive in all the 3 competitions they entered at the start of the season.
