ATL vs BOS Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Boston Celtics will be looking for their 2nd consecutive win when they host Atlanta Hawks in a regular season matchup at TD Garden, in Boston, Massachusetts, on Tuesday morning (IST).

Boston Celtics:
There is something uncanny about Boston Celtics these days that makes them a team hard to predict. That’s a trait which doesn’t bode well with the side aiming to win silverware. No matter what’s the sport, predictability is what makes teams stand out from the rest. You can just be sure about Barcelona or Roger Federer, for that matter. They win games on a more regular basis.

But the Greens are too hooked up with the ordinary that their potential and the final product, more often than, sits poles apart.

It felt in the game against Sacramento Kings as well. But the scoreline, it may deceive you. It won’t reveal how Sacramento kings gaped open too many chinks in their armour. Easy turnovers, lose passing, and too much gap inside the paint, Kings were just strolling in the first quarter, winning it 38-25.

That was a bad quarter, and there were too many negatives for Celtics in that period. But Greens checked the demise within the game and then they showed their real capability.

Celtics were trailing by 17 points when Kyrie Irving led the fightback for the team. Greens won the 3rd quarter 31-24, and behind a 14-0 run in the 3rd quarter, the Eastern Conference giants surged ahead in the match.

Irving was the unequivocal superstar of the match, dropping a triple-double; 31 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds.

This was Celtics’ 2nd win over Sacramento in 8 days, and fourth in the last five matches.

Atlanta Hawks: Playing for the pride!
Out of the playoff picture, there is not much riding on the season for Atlanta Hawks. But they can still save themselves from the ignominy of propping up the table. With a 24-45 record, they are 12th in the Eastern Conference.

The visitors have a little bit of form behind them and are coming into this match on the back of two consecutive wins. That last positive result was achieved against another struggle as they beat New Orleans Pelicans 132-111 at Philips Arena.

John Collins led the charge for the victors, one of the six players for Hawks to score in the double digits on the day. He scored a team-high 27 points and also added a game-high 12 rebounds to his efforts.

Trey Young scored 22 points while Alex Lens dropped 20 points from the bench.

Regular Season Record-
Boston Celtics: W-42, L-27
Atlanta Hawks: W-24, L-45

Players to watch out for:

Boston Celtics:
Kyrie Irving – When he plays well, Boston Celtics normally win the games. His move away from Cleveland Cavaliers was fuelled by an insatiable desire to become the leader of the group, and in Boston he is. The 26-year-old scored a triple-double in the last match against Sacramento Kings. His season average is 23.5 points per game.

Jayson Tatum – Still 21 and a lot of years ahead of him to become the player he can be. But he is not only a prodigal apprentice for the young forward is racking up the team’s second-best efforts this season. He is averaging 16.1 points per game.

Atlanta Hawks:
John Collins – If this team is to go forward and becomes a force in the future, they have to keep the likes of John Collins for the foreseeable future. He has been their best player this season, averaging a team-high 19.9 points per game. He has to improve though, especially in the defensive department.

Trae Young – Another young gem of a player on Atlanta Hawks’ roster is the 20-year-old Trae Young. The boy has been playing at a step above his age and is racking up 18.8 points per game this season.
