Cricketers embrace the #10yearchallenge, reveal interesting pictures

The #10yearchallenge has stirred the social media and everyone is busy showcasing their transformation in ten years. Cricketers too have joined the bandwagon and have posted their pictures which show how they have changed in one decade. Virat Kohli, R Ashwin and Prithvi Shaw’s transformation is evident.
Kohli, aged as old wine!

The Indian cricketer was the captain of India’s U-19 team and he led the team to a world cup title. In the same year, he made his international debut as a 19-year old cricketer full of potential.
Ten years later, Kohli stands tall as the best batsman across formats in international cricket and is breaking records at will.
Ashwin, RP Singh reveal their 10-year journey
Indian off-spinner R Ashwin has posted his pictures as well. He noted that in 2009, he was in South Africa to play the Indian Premier League. The spinner made his mark in IPL as a mystery bowler who called bowl the carrom ball and can attack during powerplays with the new ball.

Today, R Ashwin has close to 350 Test wickets and although he has lost his place in the white ball format, he remains India’s lead spinner in Tests.

Prithvi Shaw: From a child prodigy to a memorable Test debut
The IPL franchise Delhi Capitals shared a picture of Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw from his childhood days and also one picture after he made his Test debut.

Ever since Shaw started playing in the maidans in Mumbai, he was seen as a future Indian Test cricketer as his talent was obvious. The youngster rose through the ranks quickly and scored hundreds in his Ranji and Duleep trophy debuts. He won India the U-19 world cup was soon awarded a Test cap.
He made the most of his chance and smashed a hundred on debut and won the man of the series award.
