Virat Kohli claims a wicket in practice match, reacts hilariously
The Indian team played a warm-up match against Cricket Australia XI ahead of the Test series in which frontline Indian bowlers failed to make an impact.
Seeing the mediocre performance of the bowlers, Indian skipper Kohli brought himself in the attack and bowled a spell of two overs on day three. He then returned for another spell on the fourth day of the match and intrestingly grabbed a wicket as well.
In his sixth over, the Indian cricketer bowled a short length delivery to left-hand batsman Harry Nielsen who went for an expansive pull shot but miscued it. The ball went high in the air and was caught by Umesh Yadav at mid-on.
What made the moment more special was the fact that Neilsen had just completed a hundred and was well-set. Kohli was more than delighted to see the back of Neilson and rejoiced empathetically to celebrate his wicket.
