Redick scored 24, while Ben Simmons had 14 points, 7 assists and 8 rebounds in the game.

Sixers are now 3rd in the Eastern Conference, improving their record to 15-8 for the season with the win in the last game and have now won 7 in the last 10 matches.

Washington Wizards:

Washington Wizards, on the other hand, lost their last match 125-104 against New Orleans Pelicans. And it was a sort of clemency showed by the visitors against a team who was coming into this match losing their last four matches. Anthony Davis and his teammates couldn’t have hoped for a more easy outing to turn their fortunes around.

Pelicans led by as many as 22 points in the third quarter and threatened to do more damage but John Wall’s successive jumps ended a period of a good 11-0 run for the visitors which cut the deficit in half.

It was the turn for Anthony Davis who scored 11 points at the end of the 3rd quarter to extend his team’s lead to 19.

Despite Oubre, Beal and Morris each making three-pointer to bring Wizards within 11 again, the lead could never get into the single digit.

This was Wizards’ 2nd lost in the last five, but their away form stands at 2-8 at this moment. Next up for them is a trip to Philadelphia to take on Sixers.

Jimmy Butler – The mid-season recruit had an uncanny game last time around, scoring only seven points. However, his power and talent were never really needed in that match as New York Knocks hardly showed any fight which required a good response. The former Minnesota Timberwolves is another candidate to be your captain.

Washington Wizards:

Bradley Beal – He is having a decent season and remains one of Wizards’ best player this season. The 25-year-old can be a destroyer on his day, something Houston found just a few days ago when he dropped his season-high 32 points.
John Wall – You can call his partnership with Bradley Beal as Splash Brother  part-2 as whenever Wizards win both these player happen to be team’s highest scorers. The 28-year-old is dropping 21.5 points per game this season.
