Delhi Premier League Squads, Teams, Players, Prediction and All Details

The inaugural edition of Delhi Premier League starts on 17 August 2024. The squads have been finalized, marking the debut of another state-run T20 tournament in India. Six franchises are West Delhi Lions, North Delhi Strikers, South Delhi Superstarz, Purani Delhi-6, Delhi Kings, and East Delhi Riders.

Rishabh Pant and Ishant Sharma emerged as the marquee signings for Purani Dilli-6, while North Delhi Strikers secured the services of Kolkata Knight Riders’ rising pacer Harshit Rana. Central Delhi Kings brought in India Under-19 captain Yash Dhull, adding young talent to their ranks.

East Delhi Riders made notable acquisitions, including Royal Challengers Bangalore wicketkeeper Anuj Rawat and Chennai Super Kings pacer Simarjeet Singh. South Delhi Superstarz strengthened their squad with the inclusion of India international Navdeep Saini and Lucknow Super Giants’ promising player Ayush Badoni.

All matches are being played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi. The tournament will feature a total of 40 matches, 33 of which will be in the men’s competition.
