During the tournament, he made his List A debut, further solidifying his position as a valuable asset in the limited-overs format.

Venturing into T20 Cricket:

In December 2021, Mubasir’s talent and potential were recognized when he was picked by Islamabad United in the players’ draft for the 2022 Pakistan Super League. This marked a significant milestone in his career as he joined the ranks of the top T20 franchises in Pakistan.
