The hosts are blowing hot and cold at the same time this season. However, their 97-92 win over Memphis Grizzlies was the game where they came good albeit doing something for the first time this campaign.

Washington Wizards lost their 3rd game of the first four when defending champions Golden State Warriors thumped them 144-122 at the Oracle Arena. To be true, this was perhaps the only result possible on a night when Stephen Curry looked a player out of this planet.

The two-times NBA MVP winner dropped 51 points and forced Bradley Beal, the star in his own right and Wizards’ own wizard, to say after the match that the only way to stop Curry was to foul him. Well, Wizards did but to no effect.

But this defeat showed that the Washington Wizards have points in them. Their 122 point haul in this match continued their streak of scoring more than 110 points in every match so far. Also, this was the only instance when they lost the game by more than four points this season.

With Beal and Wall in their ranks, Wizards should be a dangerous outfit for any team in the 2018-19 campaign.

Willie Cauley-Stein – He is more of a complete player. He is 2nd in terms of averaging points for Kings, while his 7.4 rebounds per game rank first for Sacramento this season.

Washington Wizards –

Bradley Beal – The 25-year-old Shooting-Guard is having one of the best start to a campaign this season. He is racking up 25 points per game for the Wizards. Beal could be your star fantasy player. Watch out for him.

John Wall– The only other player in Wizards’ rank to average in the 20s this campaign. However, against the Warriors, he had a relatively quiet evening. But expect him to explode against the Kings in this game.
