The former limited-over captain of Pakistan’s women cricket team Sana Mir expressed her thoughts about her favourite player, and that is none other than MS Dhoni ahead of the ICC Women WT20.
While talking to Pakistani Anchor Zainab Abbas on the show Voice of Cricket, Sana was asked her favourite cricketer with whom she can spend a whole day. Sana stamped her choice as former Indian captain MS Dhoni.
Sana Mir took another name of former Pakistani captain and now Prime Minister Imran Khan where she added MS Dhoni in the list of her preferred cricketer to spend a day with.
Sana Mir has recently clinched the first ranking in International Cricket Council’s (ICC) ODI women bowler’s ranking with 663 points, while Australian bowler Megan Schutt and South African Marizzane Kapp are other two names that sharing the podium.
Alhamdolillah ! Thanks to the Almighty for giving me strength to keep going.

Sana twitted about her feat and expressed her thoughts on the new rankings updated by ICC.
“This is a team effort of support staff and players who have helped me excel. I would like to thanks ICC to give us the opportunity to play regular international cricket”.
The 32-year Pakistani off-spinner has recently been part of the ICC Women’s Championship series against Australia where the team trailed by 3-0. Though, Sana scalped three crucial wickets of the opponents. She is also included in the squad of Pakistan, travelling to West Indies for ICC Women’s World T20 2018.
Sana captained the team in 2017 Women’s world cup, but Pakistan’s devastating performance in that particular event led her to step down as the captain and let Bismah Mahroof be her successor.
Pakistan will play their group B matches in ICC Women’s world T20 2018 against Australia, India and Ireland. Pakistan’s bowling would be centric of Sana as she is the world’s number one woman bowler right now.
