DC vs SRH: Why is Mukesh Kumar Not Playing Today’s IPL 2023 Match?
Despite getting their first win of the season in their last outing, Delhi Capitals have made a few changes to their eleven and Mukesh Kumar is a shocking exclusion from the eleven. The pacer who is in a good rhythm and picked up 2 wickets in the last game against KKR is not included in the eleven vs SRH. The right-arm seamer, however, is included in the substitutes and is expected to take the field in the second innings when DC will be bowling. Check what Delhi’s skipper David Warner said at the toss,
“We are gonna bat first. Looks a nice surface, has a nice even sheen to it. If you put a nice total, you can defend it. It’s about being consistent. We got to start well in the first 6 with bat and ball. My mindset is to thank the crowd, they’ve been a great support. For me, it’s about entertaining them. Absolutely love this venue, I owe it to the fans. Sarfaraz Khan comes in and Ripal Patel is in. I owe it to the curator, you have to start well.”
