In defence, the rock-solid skipper Surjeet Singh is the biggest barrier for any opposition raider as his dash to his opponent from the right corner is extremely lethal which takes the opposition raiders out of bounds.

Tamil Thalaivas would be playing their last game in front of the home crowd and would love to give the fans a winning send-off. There has been some dip in form for the Thalaivas who started with a bang taming the defending champions in the tournament opener.

They are relying too much on their skipper Ajay Thakur in the raiding department for which they have to find an alternative as Jasvir Singh is not performing to his potential. With three straight losses, now it is high time for the Thalaivas to get themselves going otherwise things can get really difficult for them moving into the next leg.
