Dhoni’s most significant achievement was leading India to victory in the 2007 ICC World Twenty20, and then the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup. Under his captaincy, India also won the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy, making him the only captain in history to win all three ICC global tournaments.
As a batsman, Dhoni is known for his incredible ability to finish matches and hit sixes under pressure. He scored more than 10,000 runs in ODIs and T20Is, and is regarded as one of the greatest finishers in the game. As a wicketkeeper, he holds the record for the most dismissals in T20Is by an Indian wicketkeeper.
