Conway and NZ bowlers do their job as the series stands leveled 1-1
In the second ODI, on January 11, in Karachi, New Zealand batted first and put on a decent total of 261 runs in 50 overs. Devon Conway, the Kiwi opener, scored 101 runs in 92 balls with 13 fours and a six. Also, Kane Williamson, the skipper, scored 85 runs with 10 boundaries in his account. In the meantime, Mohammad Nawaz picked four while Naseem Shah picked three wickets.
In response, no Pakistani batter could sustain for long except Babar Azam, the Pakistani skipper. Azam scored 79 runs with eight fours and a six under his name. Meanwhile, every Kiwi bowler got a wicket; Tim Southee and Ish Sodhi picked up two wickets each. In the end, New Zealand won the match at ease, by 79 runs.
