Australia vs England 3rd ODI: The three-match One Day International (ODI) campaign between Australia and England commenced in Adelaide on Thursday (November 17). The second game of the series was played in Sydney on November 19, where Australia again, attained a victory.
The third and final game of the series will be played on Tuesday (November 22) at 8:50 AM (IST) at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
Australia earlier in the second ODI sealed the series with a victory. The side wouldn’t mind a whitewash in Melbourne.
England, on the other hand, would be disappointed with a couple of consecutive defeats. However, the English men will take the field to avoid a whitewash.

After a comfortable victory in the first Australia vs England ODI at the Adelaide Oval, Australia won the second game too. The Josh Hazlewood-led Aussie men, in the second game at the SCG, batted first. The fifties from Steven Smith, Marnus Labuschagne, and Mitchell Marshaided Australia to put on a decent total of 280 for 8. Smith missed a ton by six runs, as his 94-run knock comprised five fours and a six. Meanwhile, England’s Adil Rashid picked up three wickets, and the pacers Chris Woakes and David Willey picked up two wickets each.
In reply, England batters yet again, botched to build consistent partnerships. In the meantime, batters James Vince and Sam Billings scored half-centuries. For Australia, Mitchell Starc and Adam Zampa both captured fourfers. In the end, Australia won the match by 72 runs.
