IND vs AUS: India and Australia locked horns in the second match of the three-match series at VCA stadium in Nagpur. Rain played a spoilsport in the game and it was reduced to 8 over the game a side. Both the teams went hard on the field but India was a bit better on the day and clinched the game by wickets to level the series 1-1.

Aaron Finch (31) tried his best with the bat and scored runs at a great pace but he was undone by the brilliance of Jasprit Bumrah. Matthew Wade yet again played a blinder for his side and smashed an unbeaten 43 runs to help his side post a total of 90 runs on the board.

Chasing the target, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma along with KL Rahul came out all guns blazing and smashed 30 runs in the first two overs and then continued their carnage before Adam Zampa changed the game towards Australia by removing Rahul (10), Virat Kohli (11) and Suryakumar Yadav (0) in quick succession to leave India tumbling at 55/3.

But Rohit along with Hardik Pandya (9) kept ticking the scorecard but the all-rounder perished in the penultimate over to put India under pressure. However, skipper  kept calm and scored unbeaten 46 runs to take India home along with Dinesh Karthik, who scored 10 runs in 2 balls to win the game for his side and level the series 1-1.

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma was awarded Man of the Match in the second T20I against Australia. The right-hander played an exceptional inning of unbeaten 46 runs to take his side home.

Rohit came out to bat all guns blazing and smashed bowlers all over the park. While wickets kept tumbling, he held one end and made sure that he put the opposition under pressure and win the game for his side.
