The qualifiers for Asia Cup 2022 is done and dusted and as a result, Kuwait and Hong Kong have qualified for the main draw knocking out Singapore and UAE. The final schedule has been fixed for all the teams and the tournament opener will be between Sri Lanka and Afghanistan on 27 August.
India’s schedule for Asia Cup 2022
India will kickstart their campaign against the arch rivals Pakistan. Last time when these two teams met, Pakistan humiliated India by 10 wickets in the 2021 T20 world cup.

The first round will see 6 teams divided into 2 groups playing a game each against the other team in the group. The top 2 teams from each ground advance to the next round where all the teams will face each other in a round robin format and the top 2 teams in the super 4 will play the final on 11th of September in Dubai.

Asia Cup starts on 27 August and the final will be played on 11 September. All games start at 7.30 PM IST. There are no double headers on any of the days.
