The Wings look different than last season and one of the best parts about their current run has been the performance of Marina Mabrey who keeps on dipping big-time points. She made some brilliant turn-around fadeaways, pull-ups, and step-backs, and was one of the prime reasons for the second-half run by the Wings. Ogunbowale and Gray combined for 33 points, and this has been one of the best scoring balances the team has achieved all season long. The Dallas frontline also played tremendous defense limiting Thomas, Jones, and Thomas.

The Sun shot just 39.7% from the field and there is no doubt that their tough travel back from Indiana and the lack of rest could be felt especially late in the game.
