Pat Cummins KKR vs SRH IPL 2022: In a massive breaking news, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) premier pacer Pat Cummins will not be available for the remainder of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2022) season. The Shreyas Iyer-led KKR team will be feeling high on confidence after their exciting 52-run victory over Mumbai Indians in their last game of the tournament. Kolkata Knight Riders are currently placed at the seventh spot on the points table with as many as 5 wins from 12 matches.

In a huge blow for the Kolkata Knight Riders, overseas fast bowler Pat Cummins has been ruled out for the rest of the Indian Premier League 2022 season with a minor hip injury. This also means the Aussie Test skipper will not be available for KKR’s next match against Sunrisers Hyderabad scheduled to be played on 14 May, 2022 at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. Incidentally, Cricket Australia (CA) have revealed that Cummins was actually carrying the niggle all throughout the tournament so far, but is now recovering well.

This is a big loss for the Kolkata Knight Riders as Cummins picked up excellent figures of 3 for 22 in the last win against Mumbai Indians. Earlier in the tournament against the same opposition, the right hander also notched up the joint fastest half-century in the history of the Indian Premier League off just 14 balls.
