Tristan Stubbs IPL 2022: In an important news development, Mumbai Indians (MI) have signed wicket-keeper batsman Tristan Stubbs as a replacement for Tymal Mills. The England left-arm pacer has been ruled out for the remainder of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2022) season due to an ankle injury. The Mumbai Indians are already out of contention to qualify for the playoffs this season as they have managed to win just 1 out of their 9 matches so far.

Tristan Stubbs was born on 14 August, 2000 and is an emerging South Africa wicket-keeper batsman. He made his T20 debut in February 2021 for the Warriors. Stubbs has also scored a total of three half-centuries in T20 cricket so far.
In the recently concluded CSA T20 challenge while playing for the Warriors, Tristan Stubbs scored a brilliant total of 293 runs at an amazing strike-rate of 183.12.
