Fastest Ball in IPL 2022: The ongoing 15th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has been a stupendous affair so far with some highly intense encounters between quality sides. There have been some sensational individual performances both with the bat and ball that have caught the eyeballs of the millions of cricket fans all across the globe. In the 17th match of IPL 2022 season, the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are up against the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the Dr DY Patil Sports Academy in Mumbai.

For the Sunrisers Hyderabad, right-arm speedster Umran Malik has bowled the fastest delivery of the Indian Premier League 2022 season as he clocked a lightning fast bowling speed of 153.1 kmph in just his second over of the game. 22-year-old Umran has definitely set the stage on fire in the ongoing edition of the IPL with some serious pace and the Jammu & Kashmir fast bowler has been consistently clocking over 150 kmph.

After coming in as a COVID-19 replacement for T Natarajan in the Sunrisers Hyderabad side, Umran Malik also bowled the fastest delivery in the IPL 2021 season. Umran clocked bowling speeds of  152.95 and 152.05 kmph last year in the IPL played in UAE.
