KKR vs PBKS: With a new captain in Mayank Agarwal, the Punjab Kings (PBKS) kicked off their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 campaign in a fabulous manner. Punjab Kings managed to chase down a mammoth score of 206 runs with an over to spare to beat Royal Challengers Bangalore and register their opening victory in the IPL 2022 season. The Mayank Agarwal-led team will now be facing Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on 1 April at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Rabada was bought by the Punjab Kings for a whopping amount worth INR 9.25 Crore in the IPL 2022 mega auction and is now expected to straightaway walk into the playing 11. Unfortunately, after managing a golden duck on his IPL debut, Raj Bawa is likely to make way in the Punjab Kings playing 11 for the South African fast bowler whose addition will strengthen their bowling attack.

Kagiso Rabada was the Purple Cap winner during the IPL 2020 season where he finished with a remarkable tally of 30 wickets from 17 games at an economy of less than 9. He ended up taking 15 wickets in the last edition of the tournament.
