It was a #AskKaif session which was organised by the cricketer himself. He invited the questions from Twitter users and interacted with them. He welcomed the questions from all around the world. The session continued for an hour or so and ended up as an interesting one.

Another account asked, “Your most memorable moment as a player of Indian Cricket Team? #AskKaif. Kaif replied, “As a player, I have been defined by that NatWest finals, but the ODI partnership against Pak with Rahul Bhai, the 2003 Centurion partnership with Sachin Paaji and 91 against Eng in Nagpur that helped us save the game remain special to me.

Someone asked about Rahane’s importance in the Test squad, “Rahane doesn’t have two counter-attacking innings in his career, and he is a top line batsman. Why isn’t anyone calling that out? #AskKaif”. In reply, Mohammad Kaif said, “Wrong notion that being counter attacking is necessary. He can counter-attack but I see application and patience as a much more needed quality in Test Cricket still.”

Ishant impressed the most, the batsmen other than Kohli lacked application and consistency, https://t.co/O18YqPHmVh

Played Far from potential. Bowlers were good in getting the top 6-7 out, but consistently failed in getting the lower order out. Batsmen, barring Kohli, no one could be consistent. https://t.co/HkK3vGh6VW
