WAS vs PHX Dream11: NBA has been in its trade deadline window and that is why you can see a stream of changes in the upcoming window. Trail Blazers and Clippers have already engaged in an exchange and I am sure there will be more trades sooner than later. The task of then evaluating teams can be tricky but yes, some of the squads like the Phoenix Suns have mounted such a season that their depth doesn’t require a big-time trade and can sustain the momentum with the existing unit.
And the Suns will visit the Washington Wizards here in an inter-conference match-up after their eleven-game winning streak got snapped by the Hawks. However, the team has already clinched 40+ wins and have just ten losses, being on a couple of lengthy winning streaks this season and having one of the best seasons ever in their Franchise history.
On the other hand, the Washington Wizards have been struggling recently and they indeed require some lineup shuffles as their season has crumbled since the mid-November window. They have not won many games even with Beal around and now that he is gone, their offensive balance can be disturbed big-time.
Host: Washington Wizards
Visitors: Phoenix Suns

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis
Suns: Favourite for the championship?
I know the championship window is a long way away, but hey, historically, teams like the Suns have been the most likely candidate to win it all. For those who say that the Regular Season doesn’t matter and that is all about the Playoffs. Hey, you can’t make the Playoffs without having compiled enough wins during the Regular Season even if the Play-in tournament opens up the window to the ninth and tenth ranked team to advance ahead. But historically, the top teams have been the contender for the Finals, and for a team that reached the Finals once, a deep postseason run is highly likely.
Well, when the team decided to pair up Chris Paul with Devin Booker in the backcourt, the move paid dividends straight away. Not only do you have two big-time closers with these players, but Paul is also the type of player who motivates others to play hard on both ends of the floor. That is why players like Bridges, Cameron, Ayton, and the other reserves have been compounding big offensive nights because they will be rewarded when they are open with Chris running the show. Ayton will be vital in the coming window as the postseason nears because, with a Center like that, you benefit in terms of halfcourt styled game as the pace is slower and the intensity is high. When such things happen, you need someone who can get inside and roll in some easy buckets every now and then.
Wizards: Trades incoming
Now the trade deadline is near, the Wizards can be active and they do need some foundational changes. Spencer Dinwiddie hasn’t proven to be the right fit so far and well that is the case many times. We have seen cases where even big-time players(All-stars) are unable to adjust to some systems and perhaps the team needs an off-the-catch type of Point Guard alongside Beal rather than someone who needs the ball in the hands to make things work. However, there are also rumors that Beal’s days may also have been numbered with the Wizards which is a shame because the guard has shown insistence to stick with the Franchise.
Kyle Kuzma has been perhaps the strongest offensive player and the most stable presence these days and he has surely lived up to his billing especially since January. However, the big-Forward and Center position is in murky waters and surely have a logjam. Since Thomas Bryant and Rui Hachimura have returned, the rotations have been all over the place. Will the team sort out the issue during the trade deadline too? I think if the management surrounds Beal with an off-the-catch Point Guard and a two-way wing, the Wizards can get things together.
