HOU vs NOP Dream11: This is the battle between two teams in Pelicans and Rockets who are way behind the 50% win mark but have played some impressive basketball lately. Pelicans are playing without Zion Williamson while the Rockets are in rebuild mode and their rookie Jalen Green is injured right now.
Pelicans offense these days revolve around Brandon Ingram and Jonas Valanciunas. While Valanciunas has developed a superb half-court game, Brandon has been always been a reliable scorer at the wing. With Devonte Graham, Alexander-Walker, Temple, Jones, and Hernangomez, the team has solid role players.
Rockets have won five games in a row. One of the reasons why they have been winning recently is the superb play of Christian Wood and Jaesean Tate. Houston has dealt with a lot of issues on both ends since last season but they have done well recently. For Houston, the focus seems to be the development of young players and the inconsistent play of Kevin Porter Jr. is a bit concerning.

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis
Rockets: Strong these days
With Christian Wood, the Houston Rockets is able to eke out 20+ points and 10+ rebounds regularly. Eric Gordon can chip in with 12-18 points regularly, while Porter Jr. is the primary playmaker for the team. Rookie Alperen Sengun has shown some spark but he largely remains a work-in-progress. Jae’ Sean Tate is playing the best stretch of his NBA career and the team has received decent contributions from players like Garrison Matthews.
Pelicans: It has been tough without Zion
Although they have played much much better recently, the Pelicans need Zion Williamson who can help out on both ends. With Zion out, the team misses high-percentage shooting nights, tough rebounding, and a fastbreak style game. New Orleans needs to just hang on till Zion returns and get their record as close as possible to a 50% win mark.
