The medium pace bowler Sandeep Sharma has been a steady customer across the domestic cricket and Indian Premier League. He came into the limelight when he featured for India U19 team in 2012 under Unmukt Chand who lifted the title. Since, then he has been a consistent wicket-taker for Punjab team in Ranji Trophy and Vijay Hazare Trophy. Then, with the impressive performances, he made his India debut against Zimbabwe in 2015. In the Indian Premier League, he has been a mainstay since 2018 for Sunrisers Hyderabad, with a good support to Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Rashid Khan.

The next few months will be very busy for the pacer Sandeep Sharma. He will proceed to UAE for playing Indian Premier League for Sunrisers Hyderabad. All the players are expected to undergo 6-day isolation after arrival. He could only pick 1 wicket in 3 games in IPL 2021 Phase 1. Now, with situation getting stabilized and enough practice sessions, he can be a boon to the team’s campaign.
