KAUR ENJOYING IN KIA SUPER LEAGUE
Indian Women’s team cricketer Harmanpreet Kaur seems to be very enthusiastic and full of energy on her trip to England. She was a part of the Lancashire Thunder in the Kia Super League. After the end of Thunder’s 10th match, Harmanpreet, India’s T20I skipper, is to come back to India to start preparing for the upcoming tour of Sri Lanka. But just before leaving, she made sure to spend some time teaching team-mate Alex Hartley some bhangra dance and enjoy.
Kaur, a Punjabi, loves her music and dance. Bhangra is a traditional, sort of folk dance form that is very famous in Punjab. Most Indian sports personalities have admitted in interviews and elsewhere as well that they play Punjabi music in the dressing room. Kaur carried on this habit into the Thunder team’s games as well.

In the video, Harmanpreet is playing a Punjabi dance number and shaking a leg. Hartley soon comes to join her and the duo dance for a while. Alex soon started following the dance moves and was pretty much successful.
The 29-year-old player is known for her ability to hit massive sixes. She became popular internationally with her score of 171 run out against Australia during the quarter-final of the Women’s World Cup 2017.
In her last match, Kaur scored 44 runs and remained unbeaten and helped the squad get a good score on the board. Currently, they are at No.4 on the list.
