David Miller has hailed Team India’s skipper Virat Kohli, as he continues to be an inspiration not just for the younger generation but also for players of his age. Averaging more than 50 across all three formats of cricket, Kohli has been hailed as one of the best batsmen in the current cricket scenario. For years now, the batting great has been shouldering massive responsibilities for the India side at the crucial number 3 batting position.
Very recently, reputed South Africa’s cricketer David Miller revealed his favourite cricketer on Twitter.

In a random #AskMiller conversation on Twitter, a cricket fan asked out Miller’s favourite batsman currently in the cricketing world. Miller very clearly replied Virat Kohli to the fans’ questions.
In fact, Miller’s expression ‘who other than @imVkohli’ evidently puts across his clear frame of mind in Kohli’s admiration, without any confusions. Moreover, it seems like a no brainer as per Miller’s words.

Not long ago, even a Pakistan cricketer Salman Butt heaped praises for the India captain during a Q/A session on his YouTube channel.
“I believe Virat Kohli is the most impactful batsman in the world across all formats. There is no doubt about that. His performances speak for themselves and have turned the results in his team’s favour,” Butt said.

Playing for Team India for over a decade now, the now senior player has contributed immensely to Indian cricket with his bat. Amassing a total of whopping 70 centuries in his career, Kohli has the best ever Test rating (937 points), ODI rating (911 points) and T20I rating (897 points). Besides having a plethora of records under his belt, the Indian skipper holds the world record for being the quickest to 8000, 9000, 10000, 11000 and 12,000 runs in ODIs.
Currently, Virat Kohli is training hard with the Indian Team for the upcoming World Test Championship Final against New Zealand on June 18 at Southampton. The prestigious event will then be followed by a five-match Test series against England.
