Dale Steyn Twitter Conversation: It is clearly a big disappointment for all the fans as the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has been called off with immediate effect after major covid-19 crisis within the team camps. This big decision came after Wriddhiman Saha from Sunrisers Hyderabad, Amit Mishra from Delhi Capitals, Varun Chakravarthy and Sandeep Warrier from the Kolkata Knight Riders contracted the deadly virus even while playing the tournament in robust bio-secure bubble environment. And now, South African speedster Dale Steyn has come up with a controversial tweet as a reply to a fan after the suspension of the IPL.

Dale Steyn faced a lot of criticism over his controversial statement of picking the Pakistan Super League (PSL) over the Indian Premier League. Steyn’s statement did not go well in the Indian audience as he became the prime target of all the cricket fanatics. The Proteas fast bowler also faced the heat when the PSL was postponed amidst several coronavirus cases and now with the IPL 2021 season being suspended due to similar reasons, Steyn did make use of this opportunity to give a fitting reply to a fan who mocked him for the T20 League’s postponement in Pakistan.

On March 4, the user tweeted, “More time at hand for @DaleSteyn62 to figure out which of PSL or IPL is better. Perhaps also accounting for the fact that once started, the IPL managed to finish!”
“Haha you’re funny” Steyn replied at that time.
Haha you’re funny.
