KKR Playing 11: Kolkata Knight Riders will face Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 30th match of IPL 2021 here at Ahmedabad. KKR has failed to gain any sort of momentum so far. They have already lost 5 matches and another loss here can make their task difficult of qualifying for the playoffs. This will be the second time these teams are facing this season. In the first one, Maxwell and de Villiers took the game away from KKR in a belligerent display of batting. The overall head-to-head record is quite close but Kolkata leads Bangalore 14:13.

A few changes are expected from KKR at the top as their coach hinted after the last match. Karun Nair could replace Shubman Gill with Rahul Tripathi moving up to open the innings.
