CSK vs SRH IPL: Chennai Super Kings will be licking their lips when they come out at the Feroz Shah Kotla to play against rock-bottom Sunrisers Hyderabad on Wednesday evening (IST). The form and the current shape of the table indicate that the game is there for the taking for CSK with the win improving MS Dhoni’s team current streak to five games. That’s said, the current run of form doesn’t reflect what SRH can actually do. They have a far better roster than what results may show.
Is Moeen Ali Playing Today?
MS Dhoni looked indifferent to losing the toss. He likes to chase and that’s what CSK will be doing after David Warner opted to bat first upon winning the toss.
Dhoni revealed two changes in the team with Moeen Ali and Lungi Ngidi both coming into CSK Playing 11 to relace Dwayne Bravo and Imran Tahir.

Out: Dwayne Bravo and Imran Tahir
CSK vs SRH IPL
Sunrisers Hyderabad have also gone with a couple of changes. Manish Pandey is back in SRH Playing 11, as expected, replacing Virat Singh in the team, while Sandeep Sharma has replaced Abhishek Shamra in Sunrisers Hyderabad’s playing 11.
But unfortunately, Bhuvneshwar Kumar continues to miss the action due to an injury.
SRH are hard-pressed for a win, no doubt about that. They are the worst team in the league at the moment, having won just once in the first six rounds. It goes without saying that failure to win this game could push them to the very brink of elimination. CSK, on the other hand, have IPL’s top spot within their sight as a win here will see them leapfrog Royal Challengers Bangalore to the very summit of the Indian Premier League.
