After losing the toss and being asked to bat first, South African batsman Rassie van der Dussen has played an outstanding innings of 123 runs off 134 balls to help his team post a challenging total of 273 for 6 in their 50 overs. During the first innings, Pakistani fielder Asif Ali was involved in an insane fielding effort to save a six near the boundary line. On the last delivery of the 47th over, van der Dussen went for a wild a slog towards the deep mid-wicket region where initially Asif took an incredible catch but couldn’t hold on to it during the jump.

Incidentally, it was Asif Ali who dropped a simple chance given by van der Dussen in the fielding while he was yet to get off the mark.
