IND vs ENG T20I Series: Who will pick most wickets for each side?

The England tour of India has become a very interesting series due to the on-field as well as off-field controversies. The test series ended with India winning the series by 3-1 and qualifying for the final spot of the World Test Championship finals. The WTC Finals will be played in Mid June at Southampton. The IPL will soon begin in the next month and we can expect some cricketers to get a chance from the selectors in the upcoming T20I series. The India vs England T20I series will start on 12 March. The players like Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, and Rahul Tewatia earned their maiden call-up to the India squad. It will be a 5 match series and all three players may get opportunities depending on their performance in the practice sessions.

ENG vs IND: Who will be back for both the teams in the T20I series

The England team will have comparatively more new faces as compared to the Indian squad. The captain Eoin Morgan and no.1 T20I batsman Dawid Malan will form a formidable part of the England team. While, Livingstone and Jason Roy will be present as the top-order. Along with the Curran brothers, Buttler and Moeen Ali will be joining the squad again as they left mid-way during the test series against India. In the bowling department, Jordan and Wood will be playing.

For the Indian team, Iyer and Shikhar Dhawan will be back. There will be major changes in the bowling attack with spinners, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Natarajan joining the squad. While Deepak Chahar and Bhuvneshwar Kumar will be the leader of the bowling attack.

Who will pick the most wickets for each side in the T20I series?

As Jasprit Bumrah will be missing, we would have our attention on the Indian spinner, Yuzvendra Chahal. He has picked 59 wickets in 45 T20Is and is a strong candidate for being the leading wicket-takers in India vs England T20I series.

For the England team, Jofra Archer has been a good performer in the IPL and scalped a few in the recently concluded test series as well. He is most probably will be the top wicket-taker of the visitors in the England vs India T20I series due to his pace and accuracy.  In 7 T20Is, he has picked up 7 wickets.
