IND vs ENG: The 3rd test between India and England, which is also the 2nd Pink ball Test match in India has been in news for all the right reasons. Firstly, the stadium was named the Narendra Modi stadium, then The England team was all-out on 112. This time, we are here with the news of the fan who breached the bio-bubble protocol to meet Virat Kohli while he was batting in the 1st innings. Due to the COVID protocol, even the practice sessions of the team have also been taken care of and the players/match officials are not allowed to meet anybody.

Fan Breaches Bio-bubble to Meet Virat Kohli
The Indian captain spotted the fan from far away and immediately stepped back owing to the restrictions laid by the concerned authorities for the bio-bubble during the pandemic. After the fan realized his mistake, he rightfully turned back and returned to the stands, where he was escorted by the officials and the game was stopped for around 1 minute. The entire crowd started cheering during this moment.

When ANI contacted a GCA official about the fan breaching the protocols, he replied: “We will look into the matter and we will find out who the fan was. Some sort of action we will take as the matter is serious and safety of everyone is of utmost importance.”

What lies ahead in IND vs ENG 3rd Test
The pace bowler, Ishant Sharma who was playing his 100th test match provided the first breakthrough to India. Then, Axar Patel continued his good form and picked a wicket off his first ball. He went on to pick 6 wickets with Ravichandran Ashwin scalping 3 wickets to tumble England for a low score of 112.
In the batting department, Gill and Pujara could not perform well. But Virat’s partnership with Rohit has helped the team to reach close to the England score and ended a day with 99/3. Rohit Sharma is batting on 57* with Rahane as his partner at the other end. The Indian team would look to enhance the lead by 150-200 runs and give the bowlers a comfortable chance and time to dismiss the visitors in the 2nd innings. While England team would look to pick quick wickets in the first session of Day 2 and then will have to perform exceedingly well to save the test match.
