Washington Wizards vs Boston Celtics Fantasy NBA: The Washington Wizards will enter the game after losing to the New York Knicks at home behind a 23 points performance by Russell Westbrook, who missed a triple-double by a whisker. On the other hand, the Boston Celtics are also entering the fray after a loss at the hands of the Detroit Pistons despite a 33 points performance by their star forward Jayson Tatum.
The Wizards have started the season on a terrible note and are placed last in the NBA standings for the Eastern Conference. They have this poor record despite having two electric guards in Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook which is a huge cause of concern for them. The Wizards’ supporting cast has not stepped up to the plate and it has harmed their gameplan.
The Boston Celtics have yet to stitch together an impressive win streak this season and have struggled as of late despite having two of their best players in Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. It seems like the absence of Marcus Smart has disrupted their rhythm and it doesn’t bode well for the long-term. Boston Celtics have been troubled lately and one of the reasons for their lack of success is the slim play of Kemba Walker and the lack of Marcus Smart, who provides heart and hustle. The Wizards have been in a way worse position and it seems as if they can’t just figure out a way to win, struggling both at home and away. Even though this is a home fixture, their chances don’t look very high. The Celtics are still in a decent position but if they play like this then they don’t have a chance at the NBA Finals this season. Returning to the game, the Celtics have an edge over the Wizards but since both teams have not won in a long time, they will be hungry to bag one. This game is worthy of NBA live stream or NBA streams as it features talents like Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Russell Westbrook, and Bradley Beal.
NBA Scores, Fantasy Picks:
Jayson Tatum
PPG: 26.6
RPG: 7.1
APG: 4.5
SPG: 1.3
TPG: 2.4
Projected Fantasy Points: 36
While Tatum’s play has been of all-star level, his team will like to reap more benefits through his performances. Tatum has been one of the best scorers at the SF spot this season and his growth continues to be a matter of admiration. Tatum continued his great season form in the loss against the Pistons, managing 33 points, 11 rebounds, and 7 assists. Tatum is a superb pick as the Super-Player option in the Dream11 NBA scenario.
Bradley Beal
PPG: 32.8
RPG: 5.0
APG: 4.5
SPG: 1.3
TPG: 3.0
Projected Fantasy Points: 36
Ironically, the best scorer in the League(PPG wise) is playing for a team with the worst record but it also shows that the Wizards lack weapons to compete at the highest level and are overly dependent upon the talents of Bradley Beal. Beal missed the last game but is likely to return for this one and again, it will not be a surprise if he drops 30+ points and his team still loses the game.
Jaylen Brown
PPG: 26.0
RPG: 5.6
APG: 3.5
SPG: 1.3
TPG: 2.6
Projected Fantasy Points: 34
Jaylen Brown is having the best season of his young career and has filled his team with promises. He will like his squad to develop a winning streak and look for the highest peaks. Brown is coming off 27 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals outing in the loss to the Pistons.
Russell Westbrook
PPG: 19.9
RPG: 9.0
APG: 8.9
TPG: 4.9
Projected Fantasy Points: 28
The triple-double machine is not having a great season, shooting only 41% and committing almost 5 turnovers every game, which is really a bad mixture. While Westbrook remains a threat on the offensive end, he is not the ace anymore that he was with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Westbrook is coming off 23 points, 10 assists, 9 rebounds, and 1 steal performance in the loss against the Knicks.
Sleeper Picks:
Kemba Walker: The veteran PG is averaging 15.5, 4.2 APG, 3.6 RPG, and 1.1 SPG. The Guard for the Celtics is shooting a paltry 34% from the field and his injury seems to have impacted him a huge deal. He will need to step it up to improve the chances of his squad. Projected Fantasy Points: 22
Rui Hachimura: The young forward is averaging 13.1 PPG and 5.4 RPG. Hachimura is still inexperienced so he can’t be relied upon too much, but the promise is there so the Wizards have to stick with his growth process. He is coming off 10 points and 5 rebounds outing in the loss to the Knicks. Projected Fantasy Points: 18
Davis Bertans: Davis is averaging 10.2 PPG and 2.9 RPG. He is not having a great shooting season, only at 34% from the floor, and surely will need to move towards the 40% territory for his squad to have a better chance. Bertans bagged 9 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal in the loss to the Knicks. Projected Fantasy Points: 14.
Daniel Theis is averaging 9.6 PPG and 5.2 RPG. Projected Fantasy Points: 16.
Payton Pritchard is averaging 8.1 PPG and 2.5 RPG. Projected Fantasy Points: 14
WAS vs BOS Dream11 Team Prediction
PG: Russell Westbrook
SG: Payton Pritchard, Raul Neto
SF: Jaylen Brown(PP), Garrison Matthews
PF: Jayson Tatum(SP)

Note
Fantasy Points are the total number of points players amass based upon points, assists, rebounds, steals, blocks, and turnovers. Points, rebounds, and assists are multiplied by a value of 1, steals and blocks are multiplied by 3, whereas, for each turnover, the player loses 3 points. For example, if a player has 10 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 block, 1 steal, and 2 turnovers, then the total value will be 20 (10+5+5+1*3+1*3-2*3). A Super-Player gets two times increase in the total fantasy points, so if the Player gets 20 points then it will be doubled to 40. In the case of Pro-Player, he gets a 1.5 increase, which means if a player gets 20 points then the total becomes 35. Projected Fantasy Points given here are based upon season averages and prediction analysis.
