The Delhi Capitals (DC) will be back in action as they square off against the Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Dubai International Stadium. The two franchises did face one another a few days ago, where it was Delhi that registered a 46 runs. The Royals, however, are fresh from a scintillating win against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and will be keen on redemption against Delhi. Here are a few players who could have a major say in the game.

Shreyas Iyer

Shreyas Iyer did look in good touch in the previous game and has been more towards the consistent side of things. The Delhi Capitals skipper has scored 245 runs from the last seven games with an average of 40.83 and a strike rate of 138.41. He has got starts in most games, but will be expected to covert those starts into big scores as he is very much capable of doing.

Whether it comes to picking up vital wickets or playing the role of a finisher with the bat, Tewatia’s presence in the squad has come as breath of fresh air for the Royals. Rahul Tewatia has scored 189 runs from the last seven innings, with an average of 37.80 and a strike rate of 152.41. Kagiso Rabada

Kagiso Rabada has been a force to be reckoned with in the ongoing season of the IPL. The Delhi Capitals fast bowler tops the list in most number of wickets taken with 17 wickets from the last seven games. Rabada is going from strength to strength in each game and is a genuine wicket taker for the Capitals. By the looks of it, it seems as if the Purple Cap will remain with the South African international till the end of the tournament.

Jofra Archer

Jofra Archer might have not picked up truck loads of wicket as of now, but continues to remain one of the most integral members of the Rajasthan Royals unit. Archer has created quite a few problems for batsmen with his quick pace and sharp bounce. The England international has picked up nine wickets from the last seven games with an economy of 6.82. Other than that, Archer can also tonk the ball with his big hitting abilities at the lower order.
