Story before the match
1. This is the fourth one-on-one match between Belgium and Tunisia where both have won and drawn each game.
2. Recently, they met in a friendly match in 2014 where Belgium got their first win against Tunisia.
3. Before today’s game, both have met each other on 2002 World Cup’s group stage where they end up in a scored draw.
4. Belgium was unbeaten in their three previous World Cup match against African opponents, and they were victorious in their last world cup group matches as well (10).
First Half: Belgium had it all
It sounds crazy, but the teams have shown their serious football skills on the ground. It’s 3-1 in favour of Belgium. Although it was a houseful of fireworks for the football fans, where both the teams attacked each other in the first half. Let’s start with the 6th minute of the game, Eden Hazard scored the first goal for his side through penalty, it was an early blow for Tunisia as Hazard shot on the bottom left corner which looked near impossible for the keeper to stop. Later on, at the the 16th minute of the match, Romelu Lukaku made his side proud by scoring another on the bottom right just behind the legs of the helpless goalkeeper. Now the score was 2-0, two minutes later, Dylan Bronn turned the table. At the 18th minute of the match, Dylan scored a beauty across the keeper into the other corner but Lukaku was not satisfied with his one goal, he started making way for his another one, and he got it at the 45+3 minutes, Lukaku was assisted by Meunier who drifted into the middle and created a good move for Lukaku. Now the score was 3-1 and Tunisian probability to win this match was zero!

Second half: Tunisia gets the crushing defeat
Belgium crushed the hopes of Tunisians by dragging the scoreline to 3-1. Now in the second half, once again, Eden Hazard with his innovative mind scored another to bring the scoreline 4-1, which came at the 51st minute of the game. After that, there was Michy batshuayi who finished the circumstances of Tunisian win by crushing them with another goal in the last minute of the game. At the 90th minute, Tunisian proved their metal by continuously fighting with the defence of Belgium; finally they got the breakthrough at the 90+3 minute, although it was too late, but this one was for pride.
