ENG vs AUS, 2ND ODI

After succumbing to a three-wicket loss against England, the spirited Aussies would be looking to address their batting woes, especially against spin bowling.

Glenn Maxwell (62) and Ashton Agar (40) were the only shining lights in Australia’s dismal batting performance and will hold the key in the second ODI. Aaron Finch (19), who scored two hundred in Australia’s 1-4 loss to England back in January will be another key player. For England, almost everyone has been in good touch. Bairstow scored a swashbuckling 100 against Scotland, and experienced campaigners in Morgan (69) and Root (50) displayed grit and took their team to safety from a tricky situation in the first game.

In the bowling department, Billy Stanlake (2-44), AJ Tye (2-42) and debutant Michael Neser (2-46) brought Australia back into the game, while for England, Moeen Ali (3-43) and Liam Plunkett (3-42) would once again hold the key.

IRE vs SCO, 3rd T20I

For Ireland, Simi Singh has been the lone shining light with both bat and ball. The all-rounder captured 3-23, before scoring a pulsating 29-ball-57 and rounded it off with 1-23 in the second T20I.

While for Scotland, Calum MacLeod, who scored 140 against England in the one-off ODI, along with Matthew Cross and Berrington will be the cornerstones of their batting might.

While in the bowling department, Michael Leask and Chris Sole, who claimed three and two wickets respectively in the recently concluded SCO vs PAK T20I series.
