The cold war between the ace Pakistani all rounder in Shahid Afridi and the veteran Indian world cup winning opener in Gautam Gambhir is not going to end anytime soon as both these cricketers take a dig at each other in a new controversy.
India versus Pakistan game is the mother of all clashes in the world cricket and people from both the country treat it like a war and it is fair to say that India have been dominating the Pakistanis in world cricket in the last decade or so except for that champions trophy final in 2017 where Pakistan tasted a rare victory over the Indians in a long time.
Gambhir has no personality-Shahid Afridi
It all started in 2007 in an one day international game between India and Pakistan where the ugly incident took place between Afridi and Gambhir

Since then things have been unappealing between these two off the field even after 13 years. In Afridi’s memoir titled “Gamechanger”, the legendary leg spinner has said several things about his experience on locking horns with Indian players.
He said that Gautam Gambhir has no personally and often behaves like a cross between Don Bradman and James Bond.
Gautam Gambhir and his attitude problem. He, who has no personality. He, who is barely a character in the great scheme of cricket. He, who has no great records, just a lot of attitude. He, who behaves like he’s a cross between Don Bradman and James Bond
Gautam Gambhir hits back in supreme swag
The former 2 time IPL winning captain in Gautam Gambhir is someone who doesn’t shy away from speaking his heart out. He replied to Afridi’s comments about him in double strong manner.
In Gautam Gambhir’s latest tweet, he reminded Shahid Afridi about his match winning 75 in the 2007 world T20 final at the same time also reminded about Shahid Afridi’s golden duck in the final.
Someone who doesn’t remember his age how will he remember my records!OK @SAfridiOfficial let me remind u one: 2007 T20 WC final, Ind Vs Pak Gambhir 75 off 54 balls Vs Afridi 0 off 1 ball. Most imp: We won the Cup. And yes, I’ve attitude towards liars, traitors & opportunists.
