Shoaib Akhtar rakes up Kashmir issue, makes shocking statement with regards to Coronavirus outbreak

Corona Virus is the most dreaded word in the world right now. It is causing shivers down the throat of everyone who is even remotely hearing the news about the spread of the Virus.
The situation is getting rather serious with the outbreak of the virus and it is a wise decision to suspend the playing of cricket games as a precaution as it is a known saying that – Prevention is better than cure.
The hindsight of the issue
Political tensions between the two subcontinent nations India and Pakistan have always existed. It is a known fact that the two nations are not playing any bilateral series for past many years. These tensions have always revolved around the controversial state of Jammu and Kashmir. Recently, the Indian government took a major decision to make amends in the constitution and scraped the special rights of Kashmiri people.
The government also closed connectivity to and from the state of Kashmir and bifurcated the state into 3 union territories. This did not go down well with the people especially with people in Pakistan occupied Kashmir.
Uncalled for Akhtar to Tweet about sensitive issue!
Shoaib Akhtar’s recent tweet regarding the issue is like adding fuel to fire. By referring to the current global situation, he has compared that with situation of Kashmir few months ago which is totally uncalled for.
One can only imagine Shoaib Akhtar wants to stir up a controversy by making such a statement but off course the other side of the argument is that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and Shoaib Akhtar thinks this lockdown is similar to the one that people in Kashmir experienced.
