PV Sindhu is India’s most celebrated Badminton player. The ace shuttler has made the country proud in a very short span of time. She was born in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (now Telangana). She has worked under one of India’s finest badminton players, Pullela Gopichand.

She made her debut in the year 2009 and rose to prominence shortly. She currently sits 6th in the World rankings and has even held the 2nd spot in the year 2017 which was her best.
