Fans ask MS Dhoni ‘Who’s the King of the jungle?’

MS Dhoni who has not played any competitive cricket since India’s loss at the hands of New Zealand in semifinals of the world cup is enjoying his time away from the game.

He made himself unavailable for selection in the immediate tours after the world cup and now the BCCI has excluded him from the central list of contracted players which has put his participation in further doubt. Fans are eagerly awaiting his return to the game in the upcoming season of IPL.

Lion spots a tiger!

MS Dhoni who is very symbolic to CSK team is often referred to as a majestic lion as a metaphor. The lion is the crest of CSK and also because of him being the captain for many years in international arena he’s the head of the pack and hence the king of the jungle – A lion.

Recently in his holiday at the Kanha Tiger reserve, fans saw ‘A lion’ click a picture of a tiger. MS Dhoni shared pictures that he clicked of a tiger in the reserve.

Chinna Thala hails The Thala!
Suresh Raina is another cricketer who has been slightly away from the game and like his leader is just itching to get back into the field. Raina was seen practicing in the nets recently as was evident from his Instagram posts and stories.

In a recent shown on star sports Tamil, Suresh Raina said

I think we have the best captain who has changed the Indian team like anything. Now we have that same aura in our dressing room

The IPL is set to begin on March 29 and both Raina and Dhoni will be eager to perform well for the franchise. CSK has the best record in IPL and it will be interesting to see if they make the playoffs again.
