MS Dhoni is the most successful Indian captain until now, but most importantly he is a humble gentleman. Over the years, we have all seen MSD indulging in simple things even after being so successful. A recent video of MS Dhoni surfaced on the internet which showed him serving Pani puri to his former teammates from the Indian team.
Dhoni makes Pani puris for RP and Chawla in the Maldives
MS Dhoni is currently spending his holidays in the Maldives and has taken a break from international cricket. The dashing wicket-keeper batsman has been spending his time off the field while having fun and getting ready for the IPL 2020.
In the video, which became the talk of the town within a few hours of its release, it can be seen that MS Dhoni is preparing Pani puris and helping the waiter to serve them to Piyush Chawla and RP Singh. All three players seem to be having a good time. Chawla and RP Singh have played with MS Dhoni in the Indian team towards the start of his career. The bowling duo was also part of Dhoni’s team which won the inaugural edition of the ICC World T20 in 2007. Here is the video:

Netizens were very pleased after seeing their favourite player in a different role for the first time. People appreciated the simplicity of the legendary player.
Rahul’s form puts doubts over Dhoni’s comeback
Even though it seems Dhoni is having a good time in the Maldives, but his days in the international cricket look numbered. The 38-year old hasn’t played a single match for India since the World Cup semi-final which they had lost. Dhoni was not given a contract by the BCCI.
With KL Rahul setting his eye as the wicket-keeper batsman for the T20 World Cup later this year, MS Dhoni’s return doesn’t seem certain at all. Though team India head coach Ravi Shastri has mentioned that the veteran player is in the scheme of things, for now, Dhoni seems to enjoy his time quite nicely with his former colleagues.
