CLE vs PHI Dream11 Match Prediction
CLE vs PHI Dream11: Cleveland Cavaliers are set to face Philadelphia 76ers in the matchup between two Eastern Conference teams at Quicken Loans Arena. The Cavs have made a decent start to the season as they find themselves on the 10th after winning four times in the first 11 games. Not a good return by any means for the 2016 NBA champions, but considering how they fared last season, and after LeBron James left the city, it’s better.
Better it could be even more if we look at the result between these two teams on Wednesday. Yes, these two teams have already faced each other, and the Sixers won that game, but still, Cavs will feel optimistic about their chances in the next game. The reason, being that the Cavs ran the Sixers, way too close than expected. In fact, the Cavaliers were just a shot away from clinching a high-profile win, but eventually, their clutch game faded away and Joel Embiid and Co. escaped with a 98-97 win at Wells Fargo Center Philadelphia. Cavaliers are very much in transition these days.
But not Philadelphia 76ers. They are a beast of a team, with no limit to their ceilings as a team. The sky is the limit for the current crop of players and it’s imperative that Philadelphia 76ers get the best out of the roster, for it could be a while they get players like Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons donning the shirt and entertaining the crowd in these parts. Maybe they need to take a cue or two from Toronto Raptors, who managed to win their first-ever NBA title with Kawhi Leonard.
Head-to-head:
This will be the 211th fixture between these Eastern Conference teams, and the Sixers lead the overall head-to-head record with 107 wins, while the Cavaliers have 103 wins.
That said, the Sixers managed have won six times in the last seven games against the Cavs.
Match Basics:
Host: Cleveland Cavaliers
Visitors: Philadelphia 76ers
Match Timing: November 18, @01:30 AM
Venue: Quicken Loans Arena
Fantasy Picks:
Joel Embiid: Without a shadow of any doubt, he will go into this game as the best player from either these two teams. The Sixers’ big man is a player of unique trait, he plays centrally, dominates the rims, collect an insane amount of rebounds (both defensive and offensive) and score in big numbers as well.
Ben Simmons: The three-point money is off his back. Not the burden by any means, but better for him as fans have a thing less for banter against him. A vital cog in this team.
Kevin Love and crew: He has been Cavaliers’ best player since LeBron James left the franchise two seasons ago. Expect him to lead the charge here. While the likes of Collin Sexton, Tristan Thompson, and Jordan Clarkson have all done pretty well so far for Cavaliers in the early going.
Cleveland Cavaliers vs Philadelphia 76ersTeam News:
Cleveland Cavaliers:
There could be a piece of good news for the Cavaliers ahead of the home tilt against the Philadelphia 76ers. Ante Zizic, who missed all the games so far for the Cavs with a foot injury, could make his season debut here. However, according to reports, the 22-year-old won’t play more than 10 minutes as head coach John Beilein eases him into the action.
Larry Nance Jr. picked up a thumb injury during Cavaliers’ 97-108 loss to <iami Heat and is listed as questionable.
But, John Henson and Dylan Windler are yet to be cleared to return to full contact and we expect the duo to miss out on this match here.
