Men’s Olympic Qualifiers Preview

Pakistan and the Netherlands will again meet each other for the next header of the Men’s Olympic Qualifiers on Sunday. The crowd held their nerves till the end of their first game but it ended in a draw. This means that the next header shall decide the fate of both the teams where either of them would secure a place in the Tokyo Olympics 2020. Mubashar Ali scored a goal for Pakistan but Mink van der Weerden closed the gap and scored for the Netherlands. Bjorn Kellerman then striked for the Dutch. But, Ghazanfar Ali and Muhammad Rizwan scored one goal each to help them gain an edge over their counterparts. One goal from Mubashar Ali put Pakistan at the doorstep of victory but they were denied victory by Van der Weerden who levelled the score 4-4.
