However, Goa did start off the campaign with a defeat to Andhra, followed by a win against Jharkhand.

Kamat and Desai didn’t start off well with the bat but will be expected to open against Mumbai.

However, Mumbai did lose its first game of the campaign to Chattisgarh, followed by a win against Saurashtra.

Aditya Tare and Jay Bista will be expected to open the innings versus Goa. Tare scored a good knock of 90 against Chattisgarh in the first game.
