Serie A: How AC Milan could line-up against Torino?

AC Milan will be desperate to return back to winning ways in Serie A when they take on Torino on the road this weekend.
The Rossoneri have made a disappointing start to the new season. They already trail league leader Inter Milan by a massive nine points but have played a game less than their city rivals.
It’s early in the season though, to draw a picture of how the league table might look at the end of the table. But the momentum gained at the start of the season can help a team to maintain a sustained challenge towards their targets.
And Milan need to win on a regular basis, for they have been poor for the last few seasons, getting back to the Champions League is of paramount importance for a club of this pedigree.
Here, we discuss how Marco Giampaolo may line-up his playing 11 in this game:
Goalkeeper: Gianluigi Donnarumma
His future may be a concern for AC Milan, but the 20-year-old is a first-choice goalkeeper for the team on any given day. He will start.
Defenders: Davide Calabria, Mateo Musacchio, Alessio Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez
Club-captain Romagnoli will start alongside Musacchio at the heart of the defense, but it’s the wing-back positions where we will see Giampaolo making changes from the last game.
Davide Calabria is back from suspension and should start at right-back, while Theo Hernandez impressed from the bench and is expected to start ahead of Ricardo Rodriguez at left-back.
Midfield: Franck Kessie, Ismael Bennacer / Lucas Biglia, Hakan Calhanoglu
Lucas Biglia has been struggling of late, both for intensity and impact. That’s why it looks like that Giampaolo could look to change his midfield with Ismael Bennacer coming into the starting 11. The Algerian will bring intensity and much-needed energy at the base of the midfield.
While Franck Kessie and Hakan Calhanoglu are pretty much undroppable and will be lining up in the midfield.
Attack: Suso, Rafael Leao, Krzysztof Piatek
Suso has come under heavy criticism from Milan media for his underwhelming performances this season. He was almost invisible against Inter Milan, which has been the case in the first four games. But the 25-year-old is too good a player not to come out of the slump and we back him to start this game.
Piatek is Milan’s main-striker and will lead the lines here, while Rafael Leao did enough against Inter to get another start in attack.
Likely sub (s): Ante Rebic, Lucas Paqueta, Samu Castillejo, Fabio Borini
