ENG vs NZ –

The second test match between England and New Zealand starts tomorrow. The hosts have won the first test and would try to seize the series with another win to avenge the ODI series loss. Black Caps will be the favorites in tomorrow clash.

England looked handicapped in the first inning against the lethal pace attack of New Zealand. They will have to charge again along with Neil Wagner who took 3 wickets in the second innings. In terms of putting runs on the scoreboard, all the eyes will be on skipper Kane Williamson, Henry Nicholls, and Ross Taylor. Both Williamson (102 off 220) and Nicholls (145* off 268) looked good with the bat and scored a century.

Mark Stoneman, skipper Joe Root, Alastair Cook and Ben Stokes will have to take charge with the bat for England. After failing miserably in the first inning, Mark Stoneman (55 runs), Root (51 runs) and Stokes (66 runs) showed some strength and scored half-centuries in the second innings. James Anderson, Stuart Broad, and Craig Overton will have to lead with the ball. Anderson and Broad took 3 wickets each.
