How both the teams fared in their opening match?

USA:

USA started the defence of their title with an 88-67 win over the Czech Republic.

Donovan Mitchell dropped a team-high 16 points, while Harrison Barnes (14 point) and Kemba Walker (13 points, 4 assists) made significant contributions.

Brooklyn Nets’ guard Joe Harris led the charge from the bench with 9 points and 4 rebounds with seven more players from the 2nd unit scoring the points.
