UAE vs NED Dream11 Team Prediction | Netherlands vs UAE 1st T20I
The Netherlands host United Arab Emirates for an enticing four-match T-20 series beginning tomorrow as the two sides set their sights on the upcoming the World T-20 qualifiers later this year.
The first two games take place at the slow wickets of VRA Cricket ground in Amstelveen, and the Voorburg ground in The Hague hosts the 3rd and fourth T-20.
The Netherlands recently hosted Zimbabwe in a bilateral series and have also been touring the UK locking horns with some of the county sides while the UAE will look to bounce back from the drubbing at the hands of Zimbabwe back in April.
Team News:
The Netherlands: Head Coach Ryan Campbell stressed particularly on the fact that he saw the UAE series as a stepping stone for the forthcoming World T-20 qualifiers and the selections have been made keeping that in mind.

Form Guide:
Both the UAE and the Netherlands have faced Zimbabwe in recent months, and the results are purely reflective of where the two teams stand the moment.
The Netherlands brushed aside The Chevrons for a comprehensive 2-0 ODI series win while narrowly missing out on the T-20 series which went down to a super over cliffhanger.
However, the UAE’s fate was a stark contrast to that of their upcoming opponents as Zimbabwe decimated them for a 4-0 whitewash.
The Netherlands and the UAE have previously faced each other five times with the former winning the last three meetings and will go into the series as favorites given the recent form and home advantage.

1. Max ODowd: The opening batsman who averaged 145 and 43 in the ODI and T20 series against Zimbabwe could again be the star of the show for the Dutch side. The 25-year-old packs a punch with a strike-rate of 126 he’d be looking to maximize on his excellent recent form and stake a claim on the opening slot for the World T-20 qualifiers.
2. Peter Seelaar: The Dutch skipper has been in decent touch with the bat and ball himself and will be critical to Dutch hopes of making it into next year’s World T-20. Seelaar bagged four scalps on the Zimbabwe tour at an economy of 7 and chipped in with handy 29 runs to force the second T-20 into a tie.
3. Muhammad Naveed: Seelaar’s counterpart Naveed will have a lot banking on him if his side is to stand any chance of putting up a fight against the Netherlands. Naveed who strikes at 119.72 in T-20’s is also a clever customer with the ball in hand. He has 35 wickets in only 28 matches to his name at a commendable economy of 6.21.
